I was also involved with coaching and assisting sales staff worldwide.My key achievement was the award and successful execution of the largest prorietary project for the company at that time, using state of the art technology. It was the first time this technology had been implemented in Asia Pacific.

I also managed Segment Sales including pricing, tendering, contracts and customer satisfaction as well as personnel and computer resources. The greatest achievement during this time was building up the local technical expertise in the centre and being the first to use many of the new technologies, being recognised by the Company as one of the most innovative centres globally.

I had responsibility for ensuring service related products met Contractual requirements for schedule, budget and quality through proactive personnel management. I worked closely with the Centre Manager to maintain and meet monthly financial targets and with the Financial Controller to ensure correct and timely project invoicing. I also provided input to the Sales team with regards to estimated project resources and timelines.My main personal achievement was the amount of training and coaching that was provided to the geophysicists, and creating a motivated team that took responsibility and were accountable for producing quality products.
