CIO BT Business & Public Sector Delivery
-
May 2014 - Jan 2017
Running a multi million pound budget I was the Director in the Technology division responsible for network and software delivery for all new product developments in the business sector. This required cross company planning of roadmaps and prioritisation of developments. I moved the team from waterfall development to Agile.Developments included the new mobile services, including a platform migration, delivery of IP call centre services and changing the way we managed our data as we prepared for GDPR. Development teams were based in the UK and India, and I made frequent visits to ensure the teams knew about the roadmaps and were an integral part of the team.
