Realtor, I was the point of contact for a high-volume discount real estate office. I was the first person you talked to and the person who handed all your marketing and advertising, shooting your virtual tour and piecing it together, scheduling your open houses, providing you signs, scheduling the sign in front of your home up or down. Scheduling the Broker-Owner to come out and see your home for the first time, agree upon a price and sign your contracts. Pulling contracts and comparables, reviewing all disclosures with the sellers, reviewing offers with sellers, reviewing inspections, and negotiating repairs. Confirming all move-out/in dates. Assisting with transaction coordination of the file once it was in escrow, including reviewing disclosures, scheduling inspections, negotiating buyer's requests for repairs, and file review for completeness before handing off to Broker for final broker review.
