To maintain the integrity of all management and statutory accounting records and returns, whilst providing a responsive service to internal and external users of financial information.Operations• Provide overall management of all finance functions.• Lead on cash flow planning and cash management, work alongside the investment committee to deliver treasury and investment management strategy. • Deliver MIR including variances against budget and a full year forecast for consideration of the Executive Team.• Ensure the integrity of all financial systems, financial information, reports and accounting data• Pensions lead Statutory Accounts, Compliance and Reporting• Prepare the annual Statutory Financial Statements for the Group and trading subsidiaries.• Complete quarterly VAT Returns for the group registration • Liaise with auditors, bankers, investment advisers and other third parties as necessary• Ensure internal controls & procedures & SFI's are implemented, regularly monitored and continuously developed. Budgets, Forecasts and Planning• Lead on annual discussions with budget-holders & support the preparation of budget reviews• Provide financial support in relation to St Christopher’s Business Plans and planning processes.
