Responsible for the delivery of generalist HR duties including reviewing people policies and work practices, providing advice in relation to the Enterprise Agreement and relevant policies to senior managers and employees, and responding to all People related inquiries from stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Had the opportunity to take on three different roles, each for six months as part of the NAB Graduate Program. First as Consultant, Partner Consulting; second as Associate; Government, Education & Community Business; finally Analyst, Graduate Experience Team. All roles encouraged the development of stakeholder engagement and management, consultancy and influencing skills.Key responsibilities included: Partner Consulting- Developing project and communication plans fitting the project scope and proposed deadline.- Driving the launch of an enterprise wide recognition program to replace all previous reward and recognition practices, including strategic business cost-benefit analysis, workshop facilitation and risk management.- Review and modification of team structure proposals, as well as writing role purpose statements for the changing and new roles as part of the Enterprise Wide “Win Tomorrow” restructure.Government, Education & Community Business- Developing strategic business projects including product development proposals for the Education sector, specifically Independant Schools; and historical reporting and benchmarking for Victorian Universities.- Supporting Managing Partners in BAU processes including client services, account management and processing using eBobs and Sieble.- Client engagement and relationship management in the Education and Community sectors.Graduate Experience Team- Design, implementation and management of a Customer Immersion Program for Graduates to ensure graduates gain a range of transferable skills and invaluable exposure to the customer.- End to end graduate recruitment including marketing and attraction, application screening, assessment and interviewing, offers, probidy and reporting.- Procuring graduate rotations across the enterprise including the placement of graduates into roles.- BAU support, including managing support mailboxes and representing NAB at Graduate Careers Fairs.
