    As a Research Support Specialist with the CNSE team I was tasked with the research of photoresist outgassing (PR) when exposed to the Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) radiation. Project included designing and qualification of a ultra-low vacuum chamber in which I run photoresist experiments by measuring (counted molecules, identify hydrocarbons) using in-situ outgassing an quadrupole mass spectrometer
