I worked for Southern Cross Care Vic originally. It was acquired by Mercy Health in 2018. I manage the organisation’s national wellness and diversity program and associated activities. • Created and implemented a Wellbeing program (when the role was with SCCV). Prepared, undertook and analysed an enterprise-wide baseline survey that informed a different focus each month across 21 locations. Engaged external organisations to deliver testing (eg blood glucose), education programs, flu shoots and the provision of equipment.• Organised various diversity events across the organisation including the six-week RUOK? campaign, Harmony Day and International Women’s Day events. • Built partnerships with wellness-related organisations including Hesta Superannuation Fund, Medibank Private and the Multicultural Centre For Women’s Health. For example:• Managed Mercy Health’s online employee health and wellbeing hub - Thrive@Mercy. The Hub enhances staff awareness and knowledge of health and wellbeing and its importance. Promoted staff use of resources and information including video, self-assessment tools and referral services. • Initiated and drafted bimonthly, Health and Wellbeing newsletters, a calendar of events and content for the intranet and social media. • Developed and rolled out a Participate Advocate Communicate and Engage (PACE) Leadership program for multicultural women. • Obtained White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation for SCCV. Received five distinctions (the highest level achieved by an organisation yet).
