It is my responsibility to deliver a world-class program of talks & screenings, working with the AIDC team.2023 Conference program outcomes included:> 98.4% of 2023 attendees rated the quality of the session program as Good to Excellent (+3.9% vs 2022)> Program included talks from three Best Documentary Feature Academy Award Nominated Directors (including the winner Daniel Roher, Navalny)> A record 820 registered delegates in attendance.

As Program Manager, I was proud to develop the film program and provide artistic direction for the 2019 - 2022 festivals both in person and online. The role also included print traffic movement, marketing support, grants writing, and managing a team of 15 + volunteer programmers.Outcomes included:> Engaging 60,000 people on human rights via arts and film.> 99% of attendees reporting that HRAFF is an important event to influence positive human rights outcomes; over 98% of people undertake an action on human rights after attending HRAFF; 75% feel more informed on human rights issues after attending HRAFF.> Capacity target of 60% attendance met.> Driving initial planning for Festival strategy and theme. > Curating programs that exceeded industry representation standards.
