    Responsible for the management of the laboratory floor, the laboratory scientists, the laboratory assistants, and the daily workload, in accordance to company protocols and adherence to the State of California Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). These duties included training the laboratory scientists and assistants in the operation and maintenance of new equipment. Secondly, the training of our laboratory assistants in the procedures in pre-analytical testing, reviewing post-analytical testing procedures with the laboratory scientist, and reviewing laboratory patient reports being issued to our clients. And finally, managed the relationship with our clients to determine and service their needs. In addition, responsible for the Inventory and Supply Management of our testing supplies for in-house testing and supplies for our clients’ collection needs.
