    Throughout my tenure as the head clerk at Kanziko Ward in 2012 for the registration and verification exercise, as an election trainer in 2013, as the presiding officer at Ngwate polling station in Kitui South Constituency, Kitui County, during the 2013 general elections, and as a clerk for the 2016 verification exercise, my primary responsibilities encompassed:1). Voter Registration and Roll Maintenance - Overseeing the continuous registration of voters and ensuring the accuracy of the voter’s roll. - Handling voter queries and addressing registration-related issues.2). Election Logistics - Coordinating logistics for elections, including the distribution of election materials (ballots, registers, etc.) to polling stations. - Ensuring the smooth functioning of polling stations during elections.3). Supervision and Training - Supervising polling clerks and other election officials. - Conducting training sessions for election staff on their roles and responsibilities.4). Dispute Resolution - Assisting in resolving electoral disputes and complaints. - Ensuring adherence to electoral laws and regulations5). Reporting and Documentation - Compiling and maintaining records related to election processes. - Preparing reports on election activities and outcomes.
