Some responsibilities included but not limited to:screening aproximately 100 resumes a week to conduct phone interviews to find candidates to fit the Benefits Representative Position. Expected to set about 60 interviews a week in order to hire 6 people a week. Working with home office to set up contracts and appointments with our company.
