Since June the numbers of escalation decrease and report the potential risks to the management.- Assisting Business Analyst in order to measure the investigator offline work and reduce the duplicate tasks. - Reviewing company websites to ensure all content is suitable to associate with Amazon brand.- Responsible of identifying and editing the French Legal Entity Policy to offer the best customer services.- Implementing a new training process in order to increase the efficiency and the pro-activity of the investigators and prevent the risks.
