    I found an online cookie business in 2019 and currently manage/oversee its operations, product development, marketing, sales, and finances. What was once a one-woman show grew to be a rapidly expanding business dominating not only Bali's, but Indonesia's cookie market. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Research and developing new products according to current trends and market research results- Conducting and leading meetings with the kitchen, marketing, and finance teams - Leading and executing multiple online marketing campaigns at a given time with the marketing team in-line with trends- Setting and delegating tasks to appropriate team members - Maintaining Crumb House's brand and creative direction via social media presence and other campaigns- Coordinating and leading frequent events, most of which are collaborations- Ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of the Crumb House team- Recruiting and hiring team membersI currently do this remotely as in November 2021 I moved to London to pursue my Master's degree at the London School of Economics.

    Supported UCL History's induction programme by mentoring and providing peer support for first year students. I devised and executed a campus tour for my assigned group of 15 students, introducing the students to the campus grounds in a relatable, warm, and friendly manner. I organised group meetings each week with 10-20 students to ensure their well-being and communicate/update the students with necessary and important information from the department. For this role I also attended and completed mentor training sessions.

I also worked in the morning team that oversaw the daily delivery of pastry goods, involving tasks such as conducting inventory checks, and ensuring cakes were decorated to a high standard.

    Starred in 2017 Indonesian feature film "My Generation", directed by the well-respected Upi. Participated in daily group workshops for 4 months in preparation for filming, including acting/reading workshops and stunts practice. Worked with the My Generation team to conduct and partake in the film's promotional activities through interviews with media, premieres/screenings, and PR events. As a result, I successfully aided the maintenance of the film's brand.
