Alex provided a total of 10 meal-designs for adults, children, and youth with ingredients that fit within Root's cost per meal guidelines. Alex also provided on-site guidance and support for the meal in collaboration with Root's Head Chef and completed a Guest Chef experience to train Root's Youth Culinary Training Program students on a few of the meal designs.
