    Bootstrapped startup that aimed to provide 3D scanning, 3D modeling and simulation tools, storage and visualization for plastic surgeons and cosmetologists. Startup operated and performed service across 5 countries. Funding were received from founders, governments funds and startup competitions. Microsoft Fund in Russia provided seed grant support for the startup. Seed investments proposals received of 500 000 EUR as convertible loan for minor share at the company. During time of startup operations 300+ patient modeling cases were performed as SaaS model, 2x 3D imaging of cadaver courses performed, 5+ Aesthetic medical conferences supported with 3D imaging of live surgeries. Served as CTO and Product manager within group of 5 engineering persons;As Product manager performed Customer discovery and development, made physicians interviews, attended and gave talks on medical conferences, attended medical procedures and surgeries; Activities were performed in Russia, Finland, Germany, France;As CTO managed architecture design and implementation of CAD software for 3D models, designed and envisioned methods for 3D mesh processing and modelling, established processes for semi-automated patients 3D scans processing and deliver to physicians;Performed lectures and guided student internships in geometric algebra, physical-based modelling, images processing, 3D mesh processing;Attended local and international conferences, and clinics; establish personal relations for opinion leaders and performed trials for opinion leaders in area of plastic surgery, dermatology and cosmetology;With startup attended and won variety business planning and technology entrepreneurship competitions in Russia, joint Russian-European and US.
