    Hired as an Intern IT Technician under the supervision and guidance of Mr Immanuel Nhuleipo and Ms Julia Helao. Tasked to assist all managers and employees in the regional office regarding technical issues in computer software and hardware troubleshooting, as well as doing regular weekly check-ups on all office computers if they are up to date, fully functional and fully secured from malicious software attacks. In addition, I have also participated in the maintenance and improvement of the office’s regional server machine, with outsourced help from Telecom Namibia. This included installing new hardware, installing new air conditioners to ensuring the server functions in a cool temperature room and improving local area network and internet connectivity.
