    ► I have been involved with the St. Gallen Symposium Programme Design Team (PDT) since August 2021, while pursuing my master's degree in economics at the University of St. Gallen.► Part of a small team responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and implementing the annual programme of the St. Gallen Symposium.► Collaborated with speakers and moderators to create impactful, cross-generational sessions on key issues facing society. ► Coordinated closely with speakers and their teams pre-event and on-site, ensuring their needs were met and sessions ran smoothly.► Hosted prominent c-suite executives, government officials, and dignitaries, ensuring seamless event experiences.► Strengthened organizational operations by liaising with symposium partners to enhance IT products and streamline program design processes.► Integrated program design team functions across the organization, optimizing operational efficiency and collaboration.Founded in 1969 in response to social unrest within Switzerland, the St. Gallen Symposium is a student-led initiative and the world’s most relevant organization and platform for cross-generational dialogue on economic, political, and social issues. Following its vision to “Lead with the Next Generation in Mind,” the symposium brings together current and future leaders from around the world and across all elements of society to foster mutual understanding and joint action on our most pressing challenges. The symposium takes place annually in May at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland as well as through monthly year-round dialogue formats.
