Served as the Knowledge Management Officer (KMO) primary for a one-star US Army logistics command in South Korea with over 3,000 assigned personnel from April 2013 to December 2015. As a former US Army Major assigned as a Special Staff primary to the Commanding General (CG), reporting to a Chief of Staff (CoS, a US Army Colonel), I provided knowledge management and SharePoint 2007 and 2010 tech support to the command and to subordinate organizations to improve information flow. I created an array of organized knowledge sites SP Designer 2010 in multiple SharePoint site collection to optimize file and document storage solutions for the short and long-term for Peninsula-wide exercises, for current operations and continuity. I worked across every staff level (G-staff) and provided support three levels down to the company or at the flight level.
