2008 to 2012- My role was changed to manager of Service Quality Assurance in 2008 when my manager moved on to another unit.- 2009:o Worked with automation team to linkup e-tool request system with Change/RFC systemo Completed the migration of $AVRS to Control-D report systemo Rollout Straight Through Process for mainframe batch which allows application teams to submit one time jobs without operators intervention- 2010:o Developed job sheet template for mainframe TWS batch definitions for use in UAT and production environment in the in-house request system to ensure all production changes have been tested. This was further enhanced to interface with CITI global request system where the approvals of the change record are pushed to the in-house request system.- 2011:o Reduced time spent for distributed log review with automation where the logs are sent to a database where the entries are compared against the request system. If a match is found, the change record number is added next to report changes. o Reduced time spent for submission of one time ad hoc job with the rollout of Straight Through Process for distributed batch. This allows application teams to submit such jobs without the need to inform the scheduler or the operator.
