• As CFO, Increased revenue ~ 3% quarterly (without any increase in output as we were at full capacity) even though the textile industry was in a steep decline. Implemented several technological and software improvements which had positive impact in the P&L.• As VP of Sales, tasked with formulating proposals to compete for public tenders, got the contract to supply the Mexican Navy. Spearheaded a quality control program, which reduced finished product defects ~ 4%.• As Supply Chain Manager, was tasked with mainly problem solving. After a national crisis in the railwayscompletely disrupted the textile industry supply chain, by working closely with both our national and international providers we avoided any interruptions to the operations. Customer satisfaction was very positively impacted.
