With guidance from the Director, I was responsible for managing personnel performance for the EMU, including providing hiring/separation recommendations for civilian staff and recommending commissioned personnel for transfer into and out of the Evidence Section. I was also responsible for managing and tracking key performance indicators within the EMU.
