Our firm currently handles large loss property damage subrogation matters for insurance carriers such as AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange. We are also actively involved in the prosecution of wildland fire cases and inverse condemnation actions.Over my career, I have handled 45 jury trials to verdict and numerous Court trials. In addition, I have handled appeals which resulted in three published opinions, namely: California State Automobile Association v. City of Palo Alto (2006) 138 CA 4th 474, (subrogation/inverse condemnation); State Farm Fire & Cas. Co.v. East Bay Municipal Utilities District (1997) 53 CA 4th 769 (subrogation/coverage/inverse condemnation); Delfino v. Sloan (1993) 20 CA 4th 1429 (premises liability/negligence per se doctrine).
