Intrax Inc: Senior Product/Project Manager – (September 2013– Current)Joint lead in the business requirements gathering, design, development, and migration of the entire AupairCare business application from a ColdFusion implementation onto a state of the art Salesforce.com cloud based system. This was a large 2 year undertaking for an $80 million business, and was successfully launched in December 2015.Responsibilities included:• Gathering requirements to carry out business analysis, configuration, developing communities & customer portal, Visualforce pages development.• Defined business solutions and the implementation of delivery methodologies.• Provided Salesforce technical analysis, consultation, stakeholder management, development and testing by liaising with business and technology teams.• Participated/jointly led UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - wrote detailed test plans and executed test cases.• Legacy systems Data migration to Salesforce, doing data migration and data transformation routines from legacy to Salesforce system, testing and verifying data migration accuracy. • Business process modeling and advice on Salesforce.com CRM System Implementation.• Facilitated and was Involved in workshops / training / presentations.

Monthly reporting, and tracking to target, and improvement plans. • Led and facilitated the identification, with management, of a set of core metrics to measure compliance to enhance business controls, for the channel volume business.• Spearheaded the effort to work with the HP regions and assorted organizations to achieve alignment on the definition, scope, data sourcing, calculations and the creation of a monthly reporting process.• The program delivered a set of business performance dashboards which are now used for business process analysis, resulting in annual savings of $70m.
