    Responsibilities:- Allocating a departmental budget of average € 35 million per annum on various construction projects;- Maintaining supply services to construction projects and end users (21 sites in 15 countries across Africa);- Liaising the Headquarters in Paris (in Rueil Malmaison) with different construction sites in Africa concerning the different construction projects at different stages;- Procuring Strategic Construction Items for the Company (Bitumen, Explosives, Cement, Tyres, Geotextiles, PPEs, Sign Painting and others) through consultation, negotiation;- Sourcing: Sourcing Suppliers based on the needs of construction sites from different countries (Benin, Burkina-Faso, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Chad, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Madagascar, Niger, Senegal, Tanzania, Togo and South Africa);- Team Management: Managing the Team (Task allocation, delegation, follow up on activities and KPIs);-Stakeholder management: visits to different construction sites in Africa (Bujumbura in Burundi, Zanzibar and Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania) and parts of the world (Paris, port of Antwerp in Belgium, Zanzibar in Tanzania to meet the end users (or internal customers) and other key stakeholders;- Procedures: Conceiving and implementing Procedures, writing Manuals in English and French;- Contracts: Negotiations, finalisation, implementation, supplier evaluation and relationship management;- Logistics: managing the Logistics day-to-day operations (from EU, China, Turkey, Brazil, USA to the different countries in Africa) and issues from any part of the world to importing countries, handling of export documents, different Export permits, container optimisation; working with various freight forwarders: SDV, Incontrans, Intraspeed, Spedag, TPI…- Systems (HA+, HA Web): advising sites on issues, improvement proposals.
