    Since January 2016 my services have been retained by Raymond Engineering Business as a Strategic Advisor on few critical projects involving a plant closure and a couple of other important assignments which need a highly specialised work experience.

    Responsible for the entire IR and HR of the Engineering business comprising of 9 plants and the central office at Thane. Together they comprised of 2700+ employees and multiple unions. During this period I have:- Strategized, negotiated and closed several long term agreements with different unions at different locations in complex situations.- As a part of business restructuring, closed many units starting with the Thane unit in 2005. Recently closed 3 units in Pune by providing captaincy in the entire project.- Closely handled all legal aspects of every unit from compliances to confrontation in the court of law. Seasoned professional in dealing with all legal matters pertaining to Industries Relations.Apart from I.R. I was completely responsible for H.R. strategies and execution mainly in relation to Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Talent Retention, Rewards and Recognition.
