    I am working as a Production Engineer in this company. It is packing machine company where we make packing machines which make pouches as per customer need. The machines we made are 1kg collar machine, Mini collar machine, 10 head collar machine , 4 head collar machine, Cup filler, Auger filler, flow wrap, FFS, High speed collar machine with Filler use as Z bucket elevator, Screw elevator, Bucket elevator. We made snus machines, Mechanical snus machine, with 4 axis , 5 axis, 6 axis, Double station snus machines with 8 axis, 10 axis, 12 axis, Indexing table, Capping machine, Main conveyor, Labelling machine infeed conveyor, L sealer Infeed conveyor, L sealer , shrink tunnel. These all machines after set in a sequence make a plant & we make plant as per customer requirements too. These machines & plants sale to Europian countries, Asian countries, Our neighbouring countries as well in our country India too are our customer.I am working here as a production Engineer handle Manpower of 20 to 30 persons which includes Service Engineers, Senior fitters, Fitters, Junior Fitters & Helpers.Fitters make assemblies after assembling all assemblies they mount it over body with pneumatic connections simultaneously Electrical department complete their work on machine. After program installation service Engineers start trial of machines we connect the machines in plant with indexing table. the same process goes on with whole plant trial after plant trial . Plant handover to packing department they pack all machines & after packing we dispatch the machines.My contribution in production is awesome I observe th.

    I was work in heat treatment department of Ambica steels Ltd in unit 2. My work was to supervise the work of plant operator, check the labels & colour coding present on billets & ingots before discharge. Maintain record of entry & exit of charge put in all furnaces.Make label for billets & maintain 5's activities in heat treatment department. Gave training of colour coding,5's to the workers & plant operators which results increase in efficiency & reduce time of the same work after which they work more & production of department increase.
