    In a part-time internship at this unique nonprofit which resides at the intersection of racial justice, community involvement, and self-development, my primary task was designing an organization system/creating data archives on a shared platform. I also took notes at staff meetings and joined in on 6-week cycles of "learning circles," which allowed me to challenge my own preconceptions of privilege & hold space for others while they explored their own conditioning around whiteness and racism.
