    • Schedule weekly production plan and work orders, through the summary set in MPS/MRP.• Ensure availability of raw material/ semi-finished/ finished goods versus sales forecast by extracting report on stock availability from SAP • Prepare SKU wise production priority report of products not available for production and packing • Coordinate with Production team for priority setting of local production as per the availability of raw and packaging material and its demand• Prepare weekly production plan for review by Line Manager and communicate weekly production plan to production, stores, procurement and quality control teams for on-time execution.• Daily Monitoring of production/work orders progress v/s forecast for setting priorities and resource realignment • Extract sales forecast versus production data from SAP to control shortages and overproduction.• Communicate the reset production priorities to production team for resource allocation• Prepare production orders in SAP for multiple BOM levels.• Monitor MPS to set stock keeping unit (SKU) priorities for back processing to meet the KPIs and targets.• Coordinate with QC/R&D team to avert delays in raw and packaging material release if any.• Monitor/prepare Monthly Sales Forecast Status.• Review Daily sales report to keep updated with daily stocks/sales movement. • Prepare & Monitor production compliance versus forecast summary (SKU-wise percentage achievement) for review and timely decision making.• Prepare & Monitor production compliance versus MPS for reviewing progress and enabling timely decision making.• Prepare Monthly BP Plan & Plan Materials for onward months • Prepare the monthly production plan for all Back Process work centers after execution of MPS/MRP.• Discuss and finalize the BP production plan.• Conduct and present monthly BP plan to all stakeholders and resolve related queries.• Plan & propose material Push and Pull requests to procurement to support inventory optimization
