    Responsible to control all related work of Account Receivable of foreign & local customer account within the frame work of company policies & procedure.1. Account Opening: -· Opening customer account in ERP system as per SOP of Customer account creation.· Responsible of keeping separate filing for all supporting document of customer account.2. Transaction Posting: -· Posting collection receipt as per Invoice detail.· Posting Debit/Credit note of customer and customer advance for matching.· Posting required JV for matching customer invoices, penalty & bank charges.3. Process & Verification: -· Checking & verifying sales invoices in ERP system and physically every month (for year end this process must to complete before closing of stock module).o Original sales invoices with customer signature & stampo Original DO with customers’ signature & stamp.· Verifying and controlling of Receipt books (New & old), PDC & current received cheque. Deposit this current dated check in bank immediately.· Faxing and emailing the statement of account to customer and follow up with collector for collection.· Reconciling & clearing the customer advance account.· Blocking customer account as per the instruction of collection meeting and immediately informing to all the sales person & other department through email.· Preparing three Dunning letter as per the instruction of collection meeting.· Preparing other type of letters as per customer requirement.4. Reporting & Analysis: -· Completing month end posting before closing calendar date.· Preparing schedule to write off invoices after get approval as per approval matrix.· Preparing daily update collection report in excel format· Preparing collector commission and cross tally with ERP system· Preparing monthly schedule for customer advance.· Providing schedule & detail to Auditor as per Audit requirement related to Accounts Receivable only.
