    In October of 2011, I have started working in MTDBI as Data entry operator and perform following duties-To get the data transcribed smoothly to meet our company’s TAT -To assist Group Providers in handling their patient’s scheduler and to assist them maintaining their charts in the EMR-Responsible for the transcribed records, written material such as summaries of patients discharge, history of patient, patients report, letters and notes etc. -Verifies the data of the patient and the transcription.
