    Schools Industry Partnership is licensed by the UK based charity “Education and Employers" to roll out “Inspiring the Future” and its associated campaigns in Australia. Building on the program's success in the UK, Inspiring the Future has the capacity to connect all secondary and primary schools across Australia with employers and people from the world of work, free of charge. Volunteers from every industry sector in Australia, from Apprentices to CEOs and from Archaeologists to Zoologists, register with the program through a secure website and pledge just one hour a year to visit a school or college near where they live or work, to talk to young people about their job and career journey and inspire them to consider new and exciting options for their future. Teachers search for and make direct contact with registered volunteers through the same secure website, selecting people who best meet the needs of their students from a range of sectors and professions. At the heart, is volunteers talking informally about their job, career and educational route and enhancing connections between academic and vocational school subjects and their workplace applications.
