      I am responsible for the complete day to day management of the Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO) company as well as the Flights Based Operations company (FBO) in all aspects. Technically, Regulatory and Financially. We have a fleet of private customer aircraft we manage, maintain, support and provide CAMO services to, as well as a couple of Commercial Airline customer’s aircraft we provide maintenance and support to. Our FBO provides charter and support services for a range of customer aircraft privately and commercially. I report to our shareholders directly and serve as a member of the board of directors. The MRO company carries maintenance approvals for base and line maintenance from South Africa, Namibia, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Angola, Mozambique and Bermuda. We are also the only Embraer Approved Service Centre on the African Continent for both Executive and Commercial aircraft. I serve on the Embraer ASN steering committee for Executive aircraft, which is the Customer Advisory Board for Embraer Executive aircraft. I also still serve as part of the Dassault Aviation Operators Advisory Board working groups, for aircraft maintenance and documentation, new aircraft deliveries and technician maintenance and maintenance training. I recently was invited to join the EASA CAMO Advisory Board for CAMP SYSTEMS, to implement and advise on the new EASA PART CAMO requirements, and I have been a member of this board for the last eighteen months.
