Working on film, advertising, and corporate video content I was solely responsible for selecting crew, coordinating equipment rentals, scheduling, planning and managing film and video productions.Managed a 12 person crew for a 5 day shoot with no access for spares or contingencies. All aspects had to be planned meticulously in order to complete a successful shoot by anticipating constant changes and multiple obstacles that occured.Estimated and forecast an initial production budget of $480k under Whoa Studios, I was able to save nearly $60K by selectively investing certain equipment over leasing. This also contributed to in-house future use which further reduced their cost per production.
