Administrator (Equity Division)

I took this part-time role under the Equity Division while I was completing my Master's degree at UoA. My typical day-to-day work involves supporting the Student Disability Services Team (SDS) through accurate data-entry and timetabling of assessment support. My manager and colleagues rely on the spreadsheet that I maintain to make the appropriate coordination with stakeholders, prepare materials, and book rooms. Once the arrangements are confirmed, I communicate the assessment and venue details to students. Some of the ad-hoc projects I performed include preparing workload monitoring reports and creating process manuals. In addition to my administrative role, I wanted to be on the frontline to support our students who had disabilities, so I proactively functioned as an Exam Supervisor, Reader, and Writer for selected assessments.
