Project value £2m over three years.• a Microsoft Sharepoint 2012 platform (servers, backup storage, operating systems, applications and maintenance procedures) and working with other projects to coordinate deployment of their enterprise applications to the platform. Project value £1m over one year• modifications to an in-house workflow system that allows business users to request document production services. Project value £50K over 6 months.• vRealize Automation which automates the allocation of resources to quickly deploy virtual infrastructure on a self-service basis. Project value £250K over two years.• a co-ordinated deployment of a standardised desktop image with upgraded suite of applications to 400 PCs in the Belfast office.• the upgrade of an enterprise electronic document discovery application (Ringtail) used by in-house legal teams to review, categorise and strategise. Project value £75K over one year.• the migration of databases from A&O’s Lotus Notes platform and its decommissioning.
