    Assumed full responsibility for planning, designing and supervision of 3 industrial laundries (Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Cozumel). Management of all branches: administrative, operations, financial, supply chain, maintenance, sales and human resources areas. Oversaw the biggest industrial laundry company in the Mexican Southeast. Processed more than 40 tons of linen a day, working 24 hours, 365 days a year, keeping the most strict quality standards. Supervised maximum profitability of 250 employees, 14 delivery trucks and ensured full production levels were met while simultaneously performing safety, quality, cost, and inventory management within operating budget constraints.
