    In my present job role, I am efficiently improving operational efficiency and meeting project goals by executing overall activities of HPHT, narrow margin, and pressure wells in land and swamp assets in collaboration with a 14-person and inter-disciplinary/multi-ethnic team working on a $400M budget. Additionally, I am actively delivering exceptional technical assistance and engineering judgments for the management of complex projects. Moreover, to fulfill business objectives and ensure safety compliance of proposed well programs, I am evaluating wells designs and planning programs.The values-driven in this role include the following: Prepared, analyzed, and negotiated business agreements, encompassing multi-service contracts. Assessed and approved budget and production objectives with regulatory and finance partners. Led all parts of the project from Well design to final product manufacturing tests; recently demonstrated by Gbaran 26 HPHT well, which produces 12K bbl/d of condensate. Achieved values, such as "Zero discharge" to the environment and "Goal Zero" on HSSE by providing cost-effective advice on well-engineering processes and practices. Enhanced performance and productivity of multi-disciplinary teams with diverse cultures and backgrounds, whilst acting as project manager. Educated and updated team with the latest trends in the industry in Well design, stuck pipe prevention, cementing, and mud technology.

    Acting as Senior Drilling Engineer, I oversaw routine operations on Rig as well as facilitated the team with technical guidance for the field based on engineering judgment and field experience. I was responsible for attaining company objectives at low cost as well as advising cost-cutting methods/technologies as per requirement by scheduling and monitoring operational costs. I expertly steered the administration/management of drilling and negotiated service contracts and evaluated wells design and programs. I utilized well engineering design software as well as drafted drilling and workover algorithms based on field research and engineering model evaluations. I was able to perform and deliver DWOP sessions prior to the execution of the work program. Lastly, I generated and reviewed regular operations reports along with managing daily costs and time during Well construction.My achievements in this role have included the following: Spearheaded over 80 wells project lifecycle and managed an associated budget of more than $400M which led to the production of 800Kbopd. Saved over $100+ and multiple SPE technical papers through research and recommendation of new methods and technologies. Delivered optimal products via collaborative efforts with wells, sub-surface, and production teams. Secured contracts by possessing collaboration strong business knowledge, communication, and project management. Led complex project of over $200M through the development of project management plans.
