    I created the programme to support the club’s Academy pathway and shadow scholarship programme at u15/16s however the programme now works with u5s - u18s and has over 200 children as part of it.Our aim was to provide a fantastic environment where people loved to attend and also, make their experience as close to a professional footballer as possible.It has involved developing our own “BCAFC” values, the “FDP” Way, creating our own games’ programme from u8-u12s and creating development squads and open training sessions to provide as much opportunity for people and practice as possible.From the start we created an injury and rehabilitation team (which is free to all members), strength and conditioning coaches and analysis teams.It has also involved organising many events including visiting clubs like Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, We also identified pathways for our players, the priority was the internal pathways and we have seen many players move up into the Academy Development Centres and Academy, two of our former lads obtaining Academy Scholarships.As well as that we’ve forged strong links with semi-professional teams and have a number of our former members now playing at this level.
