Pioneered the use of TechSmith's Camtasia to provide a sustainable training programme delivered via the industry standard Cornerstone software.Responsible for vendor management with a number of key vendors, including FT.com, LexisNexis (Moreover) Newsdesk, Bureau van Dijk, Dow Jones and Mergermarket.Primary contact for IT with regards access to research tools via internal systems, issue resolution, system integration, new system requirements, testing and policy.Solely responsible for the relationship with both the CLA and NLA, successfully implementing a sustainable copyright strategy within the business. Ensured compliance wherever possible using authentication controls. Key achievements: Pioneered the use of Cornerstone within Grant Thornton UK to deliver a sustainable training programme using SCORM compliant videos.Implemented OCR software in conjunction with an API from a company data provider to automatically scan for keywords and phrases within notes to the accounts in Annual Reports generating a new level of insight for the business and helping win new work.Project managed the rollout of Moreover Newsdesk to the firm which remained extremely popular. A high appetite for this service was fuelled by numerous success stories with over 1,000 people receiving targeted alerts.
