As an Assistant Vice president played important strategic roles within organizations, understanding both the long-term goals of the organization as a whole and the specific resources of departments. Reporting to the Director involves periodic performance updates and also relays important information from the Directors to other personnel.Undertaking site selection, layout finalization and maintaining coordination with Design Consultants for detailed engineering including equipment specification/finalization of tender documents for civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works.Preparing estimates of project cost, bill of material (BOM), drawings for construction and submitting them to the Govt. agencies for securing approvals.Overseeing smooth erection/ installation and commissioning of the plant for equipment at the project site.
