    I lead research design and implementation on women’s rights, health issues including providing technical support in data collection, data analysis and collation of research reports.I design, coordinate and lead the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plan for all projects.I lead and provide technical support in design of data collection tools for all projects, project data collection and data management.I represent the organization during external meetings& engagement activities and served as Guest Speaker on Women Radio 91.7FM featured in the topic: Improving access to Healthcare Services for Women in Nigeria on 5th April 2022.I worked as an implementing research assistant during the Women’s Voice and Leadership Annual Research Project implemented in December 2022 aimed at evaluating the effective management and efficiency of women and girls’ rights interventions in Nigeria (funded by Global Affairs Canada through ActionAid Nigeria) and I Interviewed 7 key informants from Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, Community Leaders at Igando, Orisumbare and Egbe-Idimu communities, Lagos and facilitated one Focus group among women project beneficiaries at Ayobo-Orisumbare community, Lagos, Nigeria including collating Interview Transcripts.I worked as an implementing research assistant during the Women’s Voice and Leadership Project Annual research held in September 2021 and administered questionnaires among women and girls residing in Igando-Ikotun&Ayobo-Ipaja communities in Lagos State aimed at assessing the impact of conflict situation and insecurity on women and girls during the ENDSARS.I worked as an implementing research assistant during the Women’s Voice and Leadership Project Annual research held in May 2022 ), and facilitated a focus group discussion involving eight Healthcare Workers and Social Workers to assess the impact of ageing on Women in Nigeria and collated the report of the research.

    In this role, for the GESI, Strengthening Civic Advocacy and Local Engagement Project funded by the USAID through Palladium group, I mapped 24 stakeholders across State Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Ministry of Justice, Non-Governmental Organizations such as International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Child Protection Network, Federation of Muslim Women Association of Nigeria, Association of Positive Youths Living with HIV&AIDS, Joint Association of Persons Living with Disability and private sector organizations in Lagos & Osun State.Also, I conducted 24 key informant and In-depth interviews and two focus group discussion among stakeholders across Government Institutions, Non-Governmental Organizations and Private Sector Organizations in Lagos and Osun State to examine the state of gender equality, social inclusion, marginalization, and exclusion of women in priority sectors such as Agriculture, Health, Governance and Participation in Elections, Technology, Environment, Water Sanitation and Hygiene including their underlying causes, as well as opportunities and barriers to positive change as well as determine how policies, governance structures, and civil society address those issues.I transcribed 24 Key Informant and In-depth interviews and collated report to inform GESI mainstreaming across all project components, ensuring that the needs, priorities, and constraints of the different social groups, particularly women, girls and people living with disabilities (PLWD), are consistently addressed.I collated research recommendations to address the gaps identified.
