I direct top business operations, leading and directing teams in improving business infrastructure in sales and after-sales for the distributorship/dealership within West Africa. Business office (accounting & administration)My responsibilities include:• Planning and developing strategic ABP and submitting to board / corporate for approval • Devising Short and long-term tactical goals to achieve ABP targets. • Communicating with corporate on a weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections. • Following closely the daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary. • Hiring all management positions, completing performance evaluations regularly and developing short and long-term goals for each department manager. • Explaining the policies, procedures and ethical code of conduct to all employees and following up to ensure that these issues are understood and followed. • Overseeing the monthly financial statement to ensure it is complete, accurate and submitted on time to corporate. • Creating and maintaining good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel. • Coordinating regular meetings with the managers of each department to ensure their profitability and efficiency. • Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale.• Overseeing and maintaining compensation/incentive plans for all employees.• Creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies for the distributorship/dealership.• Resolving any customer complaints that department managers are unable to rectify.This has lead to a notable increase of over 150% in annual turnover of the operation since I joined.

I was able to secure a new institutional deal in partnership with SOTRA, Abidjan totaling US $87M.
