    My roles and responsibilities• Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. • Coordinate and lead the mandatory team meeting to discuss progress, team activities and agree on plans for the coming fortnight. • Lead the design and development process of the project by working with the Lead programmer and technical members. • Document on a weekly basis project status, related date fields, and other required items. • Adhere to established project service level agreements (SLAs), and document variances from timelines accordingly.• Identify and manage risks and oversee the implementation of risk mitigation plans.• Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the project and identify and resolve any issues.• Communicate consistently and effectively keeping all relevant stakeholders up to speed with project progress, risks and milestones. • Create and maintain project plans/timelines, document change, communicate impact and execute on the updated plans
