    • Examiner les déclarations de méthode de l'entrepreneur, les procédures de contrôle qualité, l'ITP et le plan qualité et aider à établir des pratiques de travail acceptables pour les activités de construction.• Surveiller la livraison des matériaux permanents et s'assurer que la qualité des produits/consommables/matériaux est conforme aux exigences des normes et spécifications établies. • Effectuer une surveillance, une inspection, un contrôle, un audit et une assurance de routine des activités du site de l'entrepreneur (fabrication et soudage, CND, revêtement et peinture) conformément aux projets et aux entrepreneurs, aux spécifications, aux ITP et aux plans de qualité. • Assurez-vous que tout le personnel employé et opérant dans les activités de soudage et NDE est dûment qualifié et qualifié conformément aux spécifications, codes et règlements applicables. • Interpréter et évaluer les résultats des CND, assister aux tests hydrauliques, aux tests pneumatiques et à la réintégration après le test.• Assurez-vous que toutes les activités de pré-construction et les essais de qualification sont observés et approuvés si nécessaire. Assurez-vous que le plan d'inspection et de test de chaque activité est rempli et que les "points d'arrêt" de l'entreprise sont terminés en temps voulu. • Auditer, inspecter l'équipement des entrepreneurs. Conseiller et assister les entrepreneurs dans l'entretien et la mise à niveau de leur équipement afin d'assurer un travail de haute qualité. Dépannage • Supervision des travaux de fabrication de tuyauterie, de soudage, de mécanique et de peinture (construction et maintenance) conformément aux exigences du projet • Examiner et commenter les registres d'inspection quotidienne des entrepreneurs pour les activités couvertes et enquêter sur toute anomalie / requête • Générer des rapports de non-conformité le cas échéant et assurer une clôture satisfaisante • Suivi des réparations, vérification de conformité en ligne selon le P&ID .
