    Overseas recruitment of doctors, medical staff and administrations post. This includes verifying documents and certification. Other duties include ensuring all staff observe the regulations of the Bahrain Defense Force and act professionally and responsibly at all times. It is also part of my responsibilities to handle and problem-solve any employee issues and warrant an investigation if needed. I am also involved in evaluating employees based on their performance, work behavior, attendance, dress code and legal matters. Staff satisfaction is also important within the hospital hence I am involved in case studies for improving all employees satisfaction and motivation. Surveys are sent to staff and all feedback in reported and discussed. I am also involved in getting accreditation for the hospital from Medical bodies to further our reputation in the medical field. On a daily basis I deal with numerous staff members and have to interact with people from various field and cultures. I am bi-lingual and can communicate to a high level in both English and Arabic. I directly report to the head of Human Resources and the CEO of the hospital on sensitive matters and very often confidential matters which show the level of responsibility I have managed to acquire in my years of working in the hospital.
