As owner’s Senior Project Manager, reporting to VP project execution, recently managed and successfully completed the FEED and EPC phase (USD 100 million) of Polyolefin Flare Recovery Project including commissioning and handover , Contractor worked more than 3.6 million man-hr without any LTI. Project involved installation of world’s largest Membrane Unit Systems (using new Membrane Technology from Germany) for separating valuable Hydrocarbon & N2 of flare gases collected from 9 polyolefin plants, through multidisciplinary interfaces of total 11 running plants to ensure zero continuous flaring from all the polyolefin plants and recycling of recovered high value Hydrocarbon and N2 for reuse in the respective plants.
