Presentation of the entity :ATIA is an association specializing in the design and implementation of concrete development aid programs. ATIA comes from the NGO Inter Aide whose charter it respects. The programs (social, health, education, employment and income) implemented rely on local partner associations, which co-carry out the activities, and which are supported and reinforced by ATIA to become autonomous. Thus ATIA intervenes in Burkina Faso to support TOND LAAFI which is an association under Burkinabè law created in 2019 and operating as a mutual health insurance fund for the benefit of vulnerable families in Ouagadougou. It has implemented a Health and Social Protection System (DSPS) in order to support the beneficiaries of YIKRI Microfinance.Main responsibilities : In short, my role is to coordinate all the financial activities of the mission and to guarantee compliance with ATIA procedures, donor procedures and the legal requirements in force in the country.Main achievements :Regarding the Accounting, I optimized the use of TOND LAAFI's ''Sage'' accounting management tool, thus allowing catch-up within the deadlines for the 2020 financial year. Thus I implemented analytical accounting and coordinated the update of the Accounting for the 2020 financial year (account analysis, reclassifications, updating of journals, accounting scheme, lettering, adjustments, accounting closings…). With regard to Reporting, I supervise the periodic sending of requests for cash funds to head office but also the monthly sending of accounting closures for which I had to develop a module for extracting accounting data that meets ATIA's requirements in terms of reporting. At the level of Administration and Human Resources, I made updates to the procedures that better meet the requirements of the internal control mechanism. I was also entrusted with the work of updating the salary grid of TOND LAAFI which I provided within the deadlines.

Presentation of the entity :The RESAEN created in 2019 is the network of support structures for entrepreneurship in Niger. It brings together incubators and entrepreneurship support firms. The main objective of the network is to create synergies between members to better promote entrepreneurship in Niger. It serves as a platform for the exchange of information between member structures and for dialogue with national authorities, the financial sector and development partners. Thus the RESAEN received its first grant in the amount of 126,000,000 FCFA or 192,086 Euros from the French Embassy in Niger under the Solidarity Fund for Innovative Projects (FSPI).Main responsabilities :I was recruited as a consultant operating as Administrative and Financial Manager to carry out the Accounting, Tax and Financial management of this grant. So my role was to set up accounting in accordance with the regulations in force. I also had to monitor the budget for the grant and develop accounting and administrative procedures.Main achievements :I implemented the accounting management system (Sage 100) and set up the necessary tools for good administrative management. Thus, I kept the accounts and prepared the financial statements for the 2020 financial year. I also prepared and submitted, according to the donor's requirements, the financial report for validation of the disbursement of the other tranches of the financing. In addition, I had to participate in activities organized by RESAEN such as the selection of entrepreneurship’s ambassadors or the validation of the design of a data platform dedicated to the network's incubators. But still in parallel I also had to ensure on a voluntary basis the accounting and financial management of a grant from UNFPA granted to 2MINVEST (being my host structure within the RESAEN) for the sensitization of various actors for the peaceful holding of the 2021 elections and social cohesion in Niger.

Main responsabilities :I actively participated for 3 months after the end of the construction work in a “Pre-opening” phase giving rise to various activities (negotiations and selection of partner banks) in order to properly prepare for the official opening. At the treasury level, I supervised the weekly collection of funds by the bank, salary payments, tax payments, supplier payments and cash controls in compliance with procedures.Main achievements :In support of the Financial Director, I strongly contributed to the establishment of the Finance department. I carried out as project manager the work of implementing the ERP Sage 1000 for the Accounting, Cash, and Payroll modules. I led, in support with the Finance team of the construction part, the integration work of the construction accounting (38 million Euros investment) and that of the hotel operation in Sage.I oversaw the preparation and filing of the 2019 financial statements on time.

I also coordinated the planning of monthly and annual budget forecasts (Forecast & AOP : Annual Operating Plan) on schedule. In addition, I was responsible for monitoring and budget control of more than 60 million Euros of annual expenses. I participated in preparing daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting on time.Main achievements :I contributed to raising the Niger’s FPA service score in the performance ranking of FPA services of Bharti Airtel Group’s operations in Africa. Indeed, I also actively participated in the preparation, submission and monitoring of annual budgets from 2017 to 2019 for approximately 527 Million USD in gross revenue and 220 Million USD in operating expenses.
