As operation manager and interim head of program, I oversee the technical oversight of the program implementation. I ensure national and global technical frameworks and standards on Inclusive Humanitarian Action, GBV prevention and response, Economic inclusion, Mental health and psychosocial Support, Food Security and Livelihoods, functional rehabilitation for persons with disabilities and Emergency response. Currently, I am member of ICCG on behalf of NGOs Forum, and I contribute to the strategic directions of the ICG. Endure that programs are implemented as per the IASC guidelines, UNCRPD and other existing guidelines. I ensure adequate support to multi-sector responses within projects, in line with the other Specialists. Ensure active participation of humanitarian forums primary GBV, Protection, ICCG, Education, Health and FSL. I lead partnerships with both international and national NGOs in the country that closely work with HI. Oversee the monitoring Evaluation Action and leaning and the technical quality and relevance of HI’s Programs at country level, ensuring they meet intended standards and objectives. Ensure that the technical proposals align with the nexus stakes, integrating humanitarian, development, and peace-building dimensions effectively. Contribution to the country strategy in line with the global strategies. I am tasked with the responsibility of offering technical input regarding the Country Strategy of Operation (STRATOP) and ensuring the effective adaptation of diverse sector strategies within the programs falling under my responsibility.Business Development and Fundraising • I drive the business development and proposal writing process and steer technical innovation project formulation.

Ensures the safety and security measures, including contingency plans and standard operating procedures, are in place and well understood and observed by all staff. Regular analysis on the security context at State level and contribute to defining, analyzing and evaluating security trends and risks. Provide timely reports and sitreps to ensure indicators achieved in line with ccompliance and M&E tools as per requested by management. Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation system in place , regarding project activities, indicator tracking and progress toward intended objective of the specific projects.

Duties& responsibilities. • Overseen day-to-day program activities implementation including, Community based protection approach, gender-based violence prevention and response.• Development and updating protection and GBV Risk analysis toolkits for protection trend analysis, rapid needs assessment, safety audits, service mapping exercises, protection monitoring.
