    Initially I joined Al Ghurair Investment lead the establishment and management of a university offering academic programs for the educational needs of the UAE society, the GCC region, and other areas. I developed the vision and educational philosophy, with responsibility for creating strategic direction and plans for Al Ghurair University. I built the organisational structure and determined goals and functions of academic programs. Also, I recruited faculty, staff, and senior management and led professional development. I also managed all financial resources. I developed a strategic enrolment management plan and oversaw implementation of quality control and institutional effectiveness measures. Further, I developed rules, regulations, policies, and procedures required to establish compliance with Commission for Academic Accreditation, Ministry of Higher Education - UAE standards and regulations.
