    I had been working with BAPETCO "SHELL- EGYPT J/V "• Supervised and implemented all operation techniques utilized on the rig.• Follow-up on the progress of the drilling operations.• Designed casing and cementing procedures.• Ran all different types of completion strings combined with TCP guns.• Coordinated Cement Squeeze jobs and Fishing jobs.• Troubleshooting unscheduled drilling events and coordinating appropriate action plans.• Supervise BOP test, diverter and accumulator test.• Solve unstable hole problem due to (caving, swelling, sloughing shale).• Cure lost circulation problem (losses).• Design the optimum bit hydraulics program (HHP or IF) for best ROP and hole cleaning.• Prepare and check all casing gear list, spool, hangers and make running list.• Make calculation for cement and spacer (first stage, second stage) cement, liner cementation and Balanced cement plugs.• Follow up and check the well control equipment Koomy (Accumulator) with control panel, Swaco Supper chock.• Check rig instrumentation (Torque, P. Pressure gauges, Weight indicator M/D).• Make bit selection according to litho logy and offset well.
